Family accounts

Create a parent account only if you are a parent or guardian authorized to manage the family information you provide. Children use the app under parent/guardian supervision or through a parent-created invitation. Keep credentials and calendar links private. Use nicknames and provide only information you have permission to share.

What the app provides

Pathfinders organizes routines, food records, movement, reminders, reflections, and discovery activities. It is not medical treatment, diagnosis, therapy, nutrition prescribing, or an emergency service. Parents and appropriate professionals are responsible for health decisions and safe activity choices. Adapt or stop uncomfortable activities. Reminders and alarms can fail and must not be relied on for safety-critical needs.

Free trial and subscriptions

Every new parent account receives 30 days free without a card. No automatic charge occurs at trial end. Paid web subscriptions are not open in the current launch phase, and complimentary access continues if checkout is not ready. The planned web prices are USD $2.99 monthly or $24.99 annually; any applicable tax and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. A paid subscription requires your explicit choice and payment information. Stripe sandbox payments are tests only.

When web subscriptions are offered, renewal continues at the selected interval until canceled in Manage billing. Canceling at period end preserves access through that period. Deletion closes Stripe subscriptions immediately and does not automatically issue a refund. Any future Apple subscription must also be managed or canceled through Apple. App Store terms and purchase disclosures will be supplied with an iOS release.

Acceptable use and privacy

Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to access other families’ records, misuse invitations, impersonate others, upload content you do not have permission to provide, or interfere with the service. You remain responsible for what you enter. Our privacy policy explains collection, provider processing, sharing, and deletion.

Account control and availability

You can stop using the app or delete your account. Deletion is permanent and affects the records described on the confirmation screen. Save anything you need first. Features and availability may change as the app develops; we will communicate material changes, especially before introducing charges or changing data practices. Contact support for service and billing issues; these terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.
