Help with Operation Pathfinders, your private family routine and discovery app.

Contact support

Include what you were trying to do, your device/browser, and the error message. Screenshots are optional; hide private information first. Never send passwords, sign-in links, API keys, card details, or private calendar links. Avoid sending a child’s journal or nutrition records.

Sign-in and password help

Use Sign in on the home page. If needed, choose Forgot password and open the newest reset email. On a new domain or device, sign in again. Parents manage separate child invitations from Team settings.

Delete an account

Open Account & support → Delete account, or go directly to account deletion. Sign in, review the data that will be removed, verify your password, and confirm deletion. Deletion is not just deactivation, and contacting support is not required. If deletion fails, retry from that page or contact us.

A parent deletion removes their team and linked child logins. A child deletion removes that login and the assigned child’s personal records, preserving the parent’s team with a blank child profile. Save anything you need beforehand. Imported calendar copies must be removed separately.

Subscriptions

Every new parent account gets 30 days free with no card upfront. Live paid checkout is not enabled during the current launch phase. If you see a Stripe sandbox label, it is a test payment, not a real charge. Current planned web prices are USD $2.99/month or $24.99/year.

For a web subscription, use Free trial & membership → Manage billing & cancellation. Deleting an account closes its Stripe subscriptions and customer record. Apple subscriptions, if offered in a future iOS app, must also be canceled in Apple’s subscription settings; deletion alone does not cancel them. Refund requests are separate from deletion.

Meals, movement, and reminders

Nutrition numbers come from what you enter; blank values mean unknown. They are records, not personalized health targets. Parents choose safe activities and provide supervision. Stop uncomfortable movement and ask an appropriate professional about health concerns.

The current alarm works only while the web app is active, the device is awake, and audio is armed. Installing the PWA on your Home Screen does not make it a native wake-up alarm. Calendar alerts depend on the calendar app and its notification settings.

Privacy and family help

Parents can read child records, including reflections and feelings. This app is not a private counseling service or emergency service. For help now, children should talk directly with a trusted adult. See our privacy policy and terms of use.
